Adriano Padilha was born in 1976 in the city of Catanduva São Paulo, Brasil. In 1994 he meets two renowned plastic artist; Reinaldo Jeron and Luiz Claudio Morgilli. These artists inspire him to continue with his own dream of becoming a creator of art. In that time Adriano started painting himself, and he developed a passion and admiration for scenes and figures. But it is in 1997 that Padilha truly enters the world of art. He started to work with state galleries and participated in the São Paulo Arts Salon. This is when is career as an artist truly took off; he won his first prize and was selected to participate in exhibitions which are very well regarded in the international artistic world.
Among the many awards and accomplishments of Adriano Padhil, the most relevant of his career are the gold medal at the Catanduva National Arts Salon 2012 with the work "My father in the joinery" and an acquisition in 2013 in the city of with "Meu pai". This painting can now be found in the city museum.
The works of Padilha can be described as colorful and lively. His scenes are often nothing out of the ordinary, but painted by Padilha they hold a magic and lifelyness which not many artists today can convey in their work.
In 2014, Padilha won again an acquisition of one of his works. “The van”, a painting which can also be found in the city museum of Sâo Jose do Rio Preto.
In 2016, Padilha won, according to himself, the most important prize of his career; the acquisition of a work for the most competitive art hall in Brazil: the National Salon of fine arts in the city Piracicaba, with he work “the little artist”.
In 2017, Padilha won two more acquisitions. The first prize was by the National Fine Arts Hall of the city of Franca with the work “Sergio”. His second prize was by the National Hall of the city of Rio Calro with the work “nice mariluci”
Today, Padilha works with several galleries inside and outside of Brazil. He has steadily improved his skills in creating beautiful and magical works of art. He has a clear focus and perspective, and has a drive to achieve more and more everyday. His goals are to create paintings which are more mature and include more solidity and transparency by every improving the security of his brush strokes. As he says it himself: “I seek the inspiration in the human being, in my own self, in God and in nature.”
