2. I would like more information about a work of art or artist, who should I get in touch with?
Want to know more about a piece of art or an artist? Then please get in touch with Gallery Terbeek directly via our contact page. As a Gallery we work directly with the artists and represent them formally, so please come to us rather than trying to contact the artist online, they will only redirect you back to us!
3. Does Gallery Terbeek have a physical location? Can I come and visit?
Yes, we would be delighted to meet you! We are located at De Kempenaersweg 17, 8539 RR, Echtenerbrug, The Netherlands. We are open 7 days a week through appointment only. Please contact us and we are happy to help you further.
4. What types of payment do you accept? Do you charge tax?
Gallery Terbeek accepts all major credit cards including Visa and Mastercard, PayPal, iDEAL, Bancontact/Mister Cash. You will not be charged tax.
5. Does Gallery Terbeek sell gift cards?
Yes we do! If you are looking for a unique and versatile present, our gift cards are perfect and can be purchased at a value of your choosing. Please contact us for further information and options.
6. I live in Europe, what are the shipping costs?
As a special service offered by Gallery Terbeek we offer FREE shipping for the majority of our artworks under 6 Kilograms in the following European countries:
Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Moldova, Monaco, Mongenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Vatican City.
For works of art above 6 Kilograms costs will vary, please see webshop checkout price indicators or contact us directly for estimated shipping costs.
For shipping of all artwork to European countries not listed above, please contact us for costs.
Please note: your artwork may be subject to taxes and/or fees in your home country. Please consult your local customs office for more details. Gallery Terbeek cannot be held responsible for such additional costs. Please see our delivery pages for more information.
7. Does Gallery Terbeek ship internationally?
Yes! Given the diversity of works sold by Gallery Terbeek, the shipping costs will vary. At checkout you will be provided with the exact cost. Please be aware that in rare circumstances we may have to adjust shipping costs. We obviously want to ensure safe and secure delivery of your fine art so at times special packaging materials may be needed. If this is the case, the Gallery will contact you and discuss arrangements in advance.
All our artwork is sent via certified shipping agencies (e.g. UPS, DHL) and tracked. We will require you to sign for your piece upon arrival. Your artwork may be subject to taxes and/or fees in your home country. Please consult your local customs office for more details. Gallery Terbeek cannot be held responsible for such additional costs. 8. I live in the Netherlands and would like to view an artwork in the comfort of my home and business? What does this cost? How do I request a viewing?
For clients in The Netherlands we also offer bespoke on location viewing free of charge. That way you can see that special work of art in the comfort and surrounding of your home or business. Please contact us to arrange a time that is convenient to you.
9. Is it possible to collect art directly from your Gallery in Beetsterzwaag?
Yes of course! Indeed, we would love to welcome you in person to our Gallery. There are no additional costs if you come and pick up your artwork directly from Gallery Terbeek. Why not make a day of it?! Located in the beautiful town of Beetsterzwaag in the province of Friesland, there is lots to do in the surrounding area for city trippers and outdoor enthusiasts alike.
10. The piece of art does not meet my expectations, can I return it?
In the unlikely event that a piece of art does not completely meet your expectations we offer a fourteen day money back guarantee on all artwork. Return any piece within fourteen days of receiving your order and we will issue you a refund minus 10% of the full price of the art work to cover handling fees. For orders outside Europe, you are responsible for shipping fees and any additional customs fees which may be charged upon return. You must use the original packaging for return shipping. Art that is returned damaged will not be refunded.
11. My artwork has been damaged in transit, what should I do?
We ship all our artwork in custom made packaging to ensure safe and secure delivery, but in the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged please contact Gallery Terbeek within 24 hours at email@example.com or phone +31 6 5366 6921.
